Returns are only available for store credit. I can accept returns on unworn products if they were not custom made. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If something doesn’t fit please let me know- if it’s a result of an error on my end, I will happily and speedily fix it for you! If you didn’t send the required measurements or sent incorrect measurements, I may charge a small fee for an adjustment or an exchange.
All returns and exchanges must be placed within 30 days of your order’s arrival.

Changed your mind? No problem! Please message me to initiate a cancellation within 5 days of placing your order. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If I've already begun building your custom items, it cannot be cancelled.
